| wastgate??? pintu kuar asap ekzos bile gas ekzos dah x diperlukan lagi utk jana boost... tu je keje die... leh set ikut boost brape... nanti kuar la bunyi mcm berkahak kat downpipe... set lebih senang & lebih tepat dr stendet actuator... baik lebih tepat nak set boost... lebih lawa... buruk??? salah set x terbukak... gas x kuar... turbin berpusing compress angin... sampai overboost kebabooo... itu je la kot... aku pun bkntau sgt... rase nak pakai gak tapi nanti la... nak buat wayang... | |

| smua turbo oem(standard turbo dari kereta) ada wastegate tapi dipanggil internal wastegate. fungsinya utk mengeluarkan sisa gas pembakaran(asap) keluar bukan melalui kipas turbo(turbine wheel) utk mengurangkan pusingan turbo... dlm erti kata lain.. menghadkan kadar tekanan angin(boost) masuk ke dlm enjin. | |

False. This is one of the more popular misconceptions. A wastegate is possibly the only component in your whole engine package that can actually be made smaller as you increase your boost/horsepower output.
Use this simple guide: Big Turbo/Low Boost = Bigger Wastegate Big Turbo/High Boost = Smaller Wastegate Small Turbo/High Boost = Smaller Wastegate Small Turbo/Low Boost = Bigger Wastegate Wastegates don’t operate in high temperatures. False. Contrary to the popular belief, external wastegates are usually mounted at the hottest part of the exhaust. It’s the place where all the exhaust gases meet, creating extra heat. This, combined with the late combustion of unburnt fuel (due to rich mixtures, retarded timing and high octane fuels) significantly raises the exhaust temperature. Larger wastegate valve diameter = better flow.

| sebelaom dyno last week...wastegate TIAL 35mm original aku...bersepai.... valve bukak tutup gate tu tercabut..ketang ketung..... patutlaaa 0.5 je boost aku.... aku bwk p tong tebo kot2 ade repair kit....kot2 bole repair valve tu.. sekali xda la....yg ada diaphram dengan spring je.. terkejut tong tebo sebab ni first time TIAL bersepai... kat KANCIL plak tu...die nk wastegate tu...siap offer aku trade in....katanya..nak display...TIAL ori pon pecah ma.....  aku nk tnya....kit wastegate turbosmart ada mana bole cari?sebab kalo ade pon..38mm spring rate 1bar..max 1.5 bar (50%) | |

| penerangan yang lengkap dr wakjoi...tp wasgate tial ori bleh pecah mmg 1st time dgr...dasyat jugek...aku skg pkai turbosmart ultra gate 38mm...so far ok laa...boost pn dlm 1.3bar je...bleh hold lagi laa kot...dulu pkai tial 38mm paten lama pn ok gk...mnkin sbb aku boost xtinggi kot... | |

HKS mmg meriah..dari turbine bellmouths sampai actuator ade kaler2.. yup..HKS ade produce some performance parts utk kcar..kalo cek Powerhouse DTM, mmg ade actuator HKS ni utk stock turbine kcar (rhf3) but limited stock utk ef-siries engines (3 pisteng). sebab most powerhouse dtm ni bnyk kuar utk jb-siries engines (4 pisteng). performance wise? ni cite tebo PIPIT stendet tu ye. aku misplace la dyno result org jepun buat comparison..mmg ade la slight increase hp..tp, aku xsure actatuator tu bole sustain boost berape bar..ade gak budak pki actuator HKS ni dari kete besar.kalo p kedai potong..rajin2 tgk tebo nissan..kekadang ade skali actuator HKS.. tong tebo pon ade jual actuator aftermarket 1.2bar..which aku rase bole tahan up to 1.8 bar? | |

masa gate tu terbukak sket...ade je enough pressure yg still generate boost..
bergantung pada keras x keras la diaphram actuator tu..
contoh:
actuator oem tdo409...1.8 max..beyond tu dah xbole..pasal dah lembut sgt...
