Currently my exhaust housing has a crack which makes no sense repairing. I am getting a deal on a blown TD04L. Can I plug the exhaust housing of the TD04L to me TD04-09?

Also thinking of using the front housing too

Could someone share their experience with the GSR td04 on a 660t. What RPM does boost start to build?

spec kete,internal semua stended, cuma buat downpipe je,so tk nk bazir duit nk buat downpipe baru,ingat nk pakai balik flange sama,

Thanks awent77. I thought the grs turbo was called TD04-13G tho, the 09 come from the Pajero and L200. I am wearing an 09 now,but my turbine housing is giving me problems. I welded it, jus want to know what I could move to jus in case. We have a lot of TD04 from Mitsu Evo and Subaru here, jus wondering how much more laggy they are compared to 09

i think not so much laggy,
just a little. td-04 vs td04-09. just a little diffrent

Much appreciated bros. Right now my turbo gaskets are leaking. Thinking of using a sheet of copper. Any other suggestions?

why don't just use self made exhaust gasket

What material would you suggest I use. Tried asbestos blew out with the first pull [POWER!!!! ]

I was thinking of using copper. What's the suggested thickness?

td04-09 come from pajero diesel and wira diesel, not too laggy for internal standard (68mm pistons)..
if u are still using stock internal pistons (68mm) and u dont wanna use td04-09, i suggest u to use rhf4 hybrid wif l2..
if u wanna try td04 from GSR or SUBARU and not hybrid wif 09, i think wif internal standard, it will laggy like hell..

another turbo like rhf4 vf14 and vf13 also laggy with internal standard? (Piston 68mm)

so like my car is internal all standard, but i want to upgrade to a bigger turbo, any turbo that you guys can suggest?

usually standard internal people may choose for td04 09 bcoz of not too laggy n a bit lasak..other turbo is from rhf4 series..these turbo also well known n easy to get..

rhf4vf20 hybrid l2.

I have a very nice TD025 at home notbin to do with it. gonna polish it and put it on my dresser

I am using 2E NA pistons [73mm], jus got another TD04-09, I have noted that there are different TD04-09 about the place, the one I got today seems to have smaller backwheel. Will do measurements and take pics later this week
